Thanksgiving with the Family

I’m thankful for my health, friends, fiancee, and my wonderful family that I got to spend Thanksgiving with.  My parents house was filled with kids running around (and Baxter), the smells of fresh homemade food cooking in the kitchen, and the boys talking about the latest shows or movies… memories were definitely being made.  While everyone was catching up with each other, I went around the house and snapped a few shots to show the scene of the Carey Thanksgiving household.  Happy holiday’s everyone!

I forgot to get shots of the real turkey, but at least I captured the homemade turkey fruit display!

My niece, Amber taking after her dad and getting competative in a game of hockey.

This McDonald’s set was from when I was a kid and one of my most favorite toys.  Needless to say, I had my parents keep it hidden till the kids were old enough not to break it.:)  Yes, I’m protective over my McDonald’s food.

My nephew, Cullen getting so excited about fake icecream. This shot is a little blurred but so classic, I had to post it.

It looked like so much fun that even my pet, Baxter wanted to play.

My niece, Lily had to take a popcorn break from working the drive-thru.  Notice how she didn’t move the plastic microphone out of the way.

The Carey boys playing a round of Buzz Trivia on the PS3 (Play Station 3).  Such a fun game to play with the family.

It was mama Ginger playing against her two boys and without a doubt they played to win.  The look on her face says it all… classic.
